Safe Wash Solutions, a leading pressure washing, soft washing, and graffiti abatement company, has been awarded a contract with the City of New Orleans to help restore the visual appeal of the city’s neighborhoods and business districts.
Mayor LaToya Cantrell recently announced the creation of the abatement program, noting that it would help combat crime while preserving public art installations.
The program is similar to how New York City handles its graffiti problems, and Safe Wash Solutions is honored to be working with the City of New Orleans on this important project. The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Ciana McDaniel, noted that graffiti has a negative impact on communities and businesses, and research shows that its presence promotes social disobedience and higher crime rates.
The abatement program will target the most severe cases of defacement, and Safe Wash Solutions will be responsible for removing graffiti from buildings and other properties.
The program will be mindful of preserving murals and art installations, and the company is committed to helping the City of New Orleans achieve its vision of a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant city.
Mayor Cantrell said in a statement, “As Mayor, my administration has presented a vision for the City of New Orleans that is free of litter, debris and graffiti. Today’s launch of our graffiti abatement program is yet another example of how we are making positive progress towards a cleaner, safer and more vibrant city.”
Safe Wash Solutions is proud to be part of this important initiative and looks forward to helping the City of New Orleans achieve its vision.
Mrs. McDaniel and her team are committed to providing the highest quality of service and are dedicated to helping the city restore its visual appeal. For more information on the recent announcement please review the news coverage below.
